This video and PowerPoint presentation is an reminder for those who are familiar
and training for those new board members. The presentation is 25 minutes long
at 13:55 min Executive Session Discussion begins but I recommend all view the
entire 25 min presentation. I have also attached an
informative brochure from this website that answers questions about Executive

The attached "Voting
makes a difference" brochure reviews guidelines, role call votes, ORC,
and Roberts rules of order.
