Ohio Board of Motor Vehicle Repair

AGENCY GOALS 

  • Identify businesses in need of compliance assistance.

  • Facilitate business operators to become compliant with registration laws.

  • Verify that industry business operators obtain and maintain all requirements of registration.

  • Promote inter-agency cooperation with business regulation enforcement.

  • Serve and protect Ohio's consumers from unfair and deceptive business practices.

  • Educate the public and repairers to better meet the needs of the consumers.

  • Encourage public and business involvement to enhance Ohio laws and keep up with a rapidly changing industry.
